House Rules
1. Eligibility
Housing is reserved exclusively for healthcare professionals and healthcare students, including nurses, physicians, therapists, medical assistants, technicians, travel healthcare workers, and other approved medical personnel.
Proof of employment or school enrollment may be required before move-in.
2. Professional Conduct
Treat all residents, visitors, neighbors, and management with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Quiet Environment
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Because many residents work night shifts or extended hours, please keep noise to a minimum at all times.
4. Cleanliness
Residents are responsible for keeping their private rooms clean and sanitary.
Shared kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas must be cleaned immediately after use.
Dispose of trash properly and help maintain a clean living environment.
5. Kitchen Rules
Label personal food items.
Clean all dishes, countertops, appliances, and sinks after each use.
Do not use or remove another resident’s food or personal belongings without permission.
6. Bathroom Etiquette
Leave the bathroom clean after each use.
Report plumbing issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
7. Guests
All guests must be approved by management.
Overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
8. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and may not disturb other residents.
9. Safety and Security
Lock all doors and windows when entering or leaving.
Do not share keys, access codes, or entry information.
Report suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately.
10. Fire Safety
No candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment.
Keep exits and hallways clear at all times.
11. Respect for Property
Treat all furniture, appliances, and fixtures with care.
Residents are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
12. Professional Living Community
Urban Lodge is intended to provide a peaceful, safe, and supportive home for healthcare professionals.
Residents are expected to maintain a respectful atmosphere that allows everyone to rest and recharge between shifts.
13. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activity of any kind.
Weapons unless permitted by law and approved by management.
Fighting, threats, intimidation, or disruptive conduct.
Running a business from the property without written approval.
14. Maintenance
Report maintenance issues immediately.
Do not make repairs or alterations to the property without permission.
15. Rent
Rent is due on the date stated in the lease agreement.
Late fees will be assessed according to the lease.
16. Pets
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
17. Street Parking
Street parking is available where permitted by local regulations.
Residents are responsible for following all posted parking signs, permit requirements, and street-cleaning restrictions.
