Free driveway parking at the house, no permit and no meters. Stone Mountain Park is about 20 minutes west, Athens about 40 minutes east, and downtown Atlanta about 35 minutes. You will want a car - there is no rail and no regular bus service out here.

☑️ Quiet hours 10pm to 8am, headphones after 10pm - sound carries in this house
☑️ No parties, ever
☑️ Clean up right after you cook - dishes washed or in the dishwasher, not left in the sink
☑️ Label your food. Unlabeled food in the fridge is fair game after a week.
☑️ Wipe the shower down and take your toiletries back to your room
☑️ No cooking appliances in the bedroom - no hot plates, air fryers or space heaters
☑️ Take the trash out when the bin is full, break boxes down flat
☑️ No laundry after 10pm
☑️ Your door code is yours - do not share it and do not let anyone in behind you
Minimum stay one month. Month to month after that, extend as long as your assignment runs.
