Guest access: You will have access to the entire home, the entry code for the private green area and the home.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Pets or service animals.

No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, gatherings are not permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a penalty for finding the guest broke this rule.

No Illegal Activities: This is a standard rule emphasizing the expectation that guests will not engage in any illegal activities on the property.

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 6 guests.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to respect our neighbors.


Parking: there are 4 spots in the driveway. If you need more parking, there is parking lot to the right of the house (behind wooden fence) which is also free. If you park on the street, make sure to follow street sign rules and try to not block or disturb neighbors. Garage- request only

Damages: Guests are required to report any damages without delay. Responsibility for repair costs will apply if the guest is deemed liable.

Air Conditioning Settings: Please avoid adjusting the thermostat below 69°F. Setting the temperature lower can cause the unit to freeze, leading to improper cooling and potential system damage.

Illicit substances: If guests are suspected of carrying and​/​or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
