House Rules
Large parties are not permitted. This is a quiet laid back neighborhood on a dead end street. There are 4 parking spots in the gravel lot. There are 15 stairs to get from the parking area down to the house. Kayaks are available for fishing in the Big Darby Creek. Please do not go downstream (to the left) past the "Y" as you will not be able to paddle back to the house due to a slight drop off. You can paddle upstream toward the bridge as far as you want, 30+ miles . Trapper Johns offers pick up and drop off service for longer trips when in season. No smoking inside the house . Smoking outside or on the patio is allowed.
