Please Note: Upon a confirmed reservation, owner will connect with Guest(s) to obtain a brief application, & will require a electronically signed short-term lease agreement, & depending on information provided, a credit or background check through KeyFinders. The cost of the check will be 50% reimbursed to guest(s). The owner will also discuss cleaning options. For reservation terms of 90 days or less, only one "exit" cleaning fee is collected up front through StatLiviing. For reservations beyond 90 days, the owner may require additional mid-term cleanings with those fees paid to owner directly - not through StatLiving. Guests will be provided House Rules but the usual apply - no in unit smoking, no loud parties and respect of the residential neighborhood. There is ample street parking right in front of the lot but please note the driveway to the main house is reserved for guests in the main house. Guests can also be provided short instructional videos on various topics such as the operation of the locks, garbage days etc.
