• Amazon Alexa has been provided for your convenience. Say “Alexa, Play the sound of White Noise” to activate white noise in the bedroom. Or ask “Alexa, what is the weather today”. Feel free to unplug or hit the mute button on the Alexa unit for digital privacy.
• The wall A​/​C and heating unit should provide all the climate control needed for this time of year.
• For colder nights - additional heating controls are available on the electrical baseboard wall units. Please feel free to adjust to your comfort. Please do not leave anything near the heating units that could melt or catch fire. These are controlled directly on the baseboard units.
• Both televisions are Internet connected - ready for streaming from your favorite service or direct from your phone. There are a few programming services enabled for your convenience. Check out Tubi.
• An extra set of linens are available should you need them. Let us know and we can direct you to them.
• A kurig machine and a variety of pods are available. There are tea bags in the cupboard. Please enjoy coffee or tea on us!
• Bottles of water are free.
• The microwave is also an air fryer. There is a toaster in the cupboard if needed.
• The living room couch has a pullout function that converts it into a bed. Please ask for instructions and additional blankets.
• There is a steamer appliance in the closet for wrinkles. (instead of an Iron)
• If you have an accident or spill - there is a hand held carpet or furniture cleaner in the closet.  
• The Yale door lock - auto locks after 5 mins. When leaving hit the Yale button on top to make it lock right now. After entering your code hit the checkmark to ‘enter’ and activate the unlock. 
• A 110 outlet for charging an EV is available with a garage rental for $50​/​week. EV charging is only available with garage rental.

House Rules
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping inside the property. Our fire alarms will report smoking and you will be assessed an additional ozone cleaning fee of $150.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Parking on Street only. Please do not park in back of the building.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep in mind your noise may affect others who live in the building. So don’t practice your trumpet or drums during your visit.
• Please respect the Check-in and check-out times. We can sometimes offer Early​/​Late checkout -- so please ask, We would love to accommodate you if possible. Unauthorized Late checkouts result in automatic fees. Housekeeping arrives promptly at the designated checkout times unless prior arrangements are made. Door locks are automatically disabled within 30 minutes of your planned departure time.
• Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. Service animals are always allowed. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed but do require an additional pet service fee.
• Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins. There are outside cans behind the building if your bins overflow during your stay. and additional bags are usually found in the closed or in the bottom of the trash bins.
• Do not move furniture without permission.
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the property.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
• No illegal activities or drug use on the premises.
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• No loud music or excessive noise at any time.
• Respect neighbors and the surrounding community.
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit. This units limit is 3.
• No commercial photography or filming without permission.
• Use appliances and amenities responsibly.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please leave the property in reasonable condition before checkout.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
