House Rules
Each tenant is expected to clean up routinely after themselves to maintain a clean​/​sanitary environment. Each tenant is expected to respect one another's space and privacy. Keep all radios, TVs, etc. turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other tenants. Absolutely NO wipes (even if they say flushable), personal care products, hair or anything flushed down the toilet or drains that would cause stoppage​/​sewage back up. Never set the A​/​C below 70 degrees. Always make sure the windows are closed​/​secured and lock the doors especially when you step out​/​leave. No smoking inside the house. Tenants will use cutting boards on all surfaces and not damage any countertops or table. No painting​/​writing or stickers allowed on walls​/​doors, furniture, etc. Tenants will be mindful to not damage walls, furniture, appliances, etc. Tenant will report leaking water damage immediately. No overnight guests allowed. The price of the room is based on a 1 person occupancy for a 30 day (month-to-month) lease.
