House Rules
Please help us care for The River House by following these house rules:
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties, large gatherings or unregistered overnight guests.
Pets must be approved in advance. Please clean up after them and supervise them outdoors.
Observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Do not move indoor furniture outside.
Use the gas grill only outdoors and turn off the propane after use.
Children and pets must be supervised near the river at all times. There is no lifeguard, and river conditions can change quickly.
The natural trail to the river has an incline and may be slippery or difficult for some guests. Please use it at your own risk.
Do not disturb or feed wildlife.
Please place all trash in the designated containers and leave the home reasonably clean.
Report any damage, maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly.
Only guests included in the reservation may occupy the property unless prior approval is received.
We want you to feel at home and enjoy the property while respecting the house, surrounding land, wildlife and neighbors.
