We keep things pretty simple:
• Check-in is after 3 pm. Arriving before dark is recommended, especially your first time here, since the home is tucked away.
• Please drive slowly (10 mph) on the gravel road out of consideration for our neighbors.
• No smoking, candles or fireworks.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am.
• No parties. Small gatherings of up to 4 visitors are fine.
• Please park only in the designated spots shown in the house manual.
• Please don’t move indoor furniture outside.

Pets
One well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval. No cats.
Please use the provided sofa cover, clean up after your dog, and be mindful of barking and noise. Dogs should be crated when left alone and should not be left unattended outside. The fenced yard is not escape-proof.For longer stays, guests complete standard screening and sign a month-to-month lease.
