House Rules
I DO NOT have a MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER or AIR CONDITIONING.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Guests must clean all dishes immediately after use.
Guests may only use food and drinks that they have purchased.
Rate does not include replacing sheets​/​towels that are stained by the guest. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any stained bedding or towels.
Guest may not leave personal items in common areas with the exception of labeled guest storage in the kitchen and bathroom.
Guests may not bring unauthorized individuals into the building or apartment.
My plumbing is old and sensitive.
Nothing may be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper.
Only soap and body care products can go down sink and shower drains. There are strainers on all drains to catch anything else. Please empty them after each use.
