- Check-Out Time: 10am EDT.

House Rules:
1. NO SMOKING: Inside the property.
2. No Parties or X-Large events.
3. Quiet hours: 10pm to 9am.
4. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. This is a two family home. Both units need to respect each other, Please be respectful.
6. Dispose of all Garbage and Recycling in the designated bins outside in the back yard. Please DO NOT put Recycling in Garbage Bags.

Password for Safe: Master Bedroom Safe Code is located inside the unlocked Safe.

Amenities:
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, crockpot, blender, cups, plates, utensils & BBQ utensils, Keurig coffee, machine, and basic spices.
- Bathroom: Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer are available with detergent & fabric softener & bleach.
- Heating​/​Cooling: Located in the dining room. When exiting the property, please set the thermostat to 72°.

Safety Information:
- First Aid Kit: located in the bathroom under the sink.
- Fire Extinguisher: Located on the left side of the back door in the kitchen on the wall.
- Smoke Detectors: located in every bedroom and in the living room and hallway.
- Emergency Exits: this is a ground floor unit. Front door, back door and all windows.

Local Attractions and Recommendations
- Restaurants: there is the OG Creamery two buildings away. OG Market right across the street. Linda’s Pizzeria restaurant is a cross the street. Anchor Inn, is a 1​/​2 a block away, it is a restaurant​/​bar. Then we have Rosie's on Bayview Avenue, which is an upscale restaurant​/​bar. We also have B2 Bistro in the very back of Bayview Avenue, that is a restaurant​/​bar on the water. There is also MJ’s if you continue down Bayview Avenue all the way to the end on the left.

- Grocery Stores: ShopRite, roughly 1-2 miles away.

- Tourist Spots: OG Beach! Seaside Heights!

- Public Transport: There is a bus stop in front of ShopRite on Rt9.

Troubleshooting
- Power Outage: Flashlights are located in the kitchen cabinet.
- Internet Issues: Restart the router by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.

- Heating​/​Cooling Issues:

Departure Checklist
- Make sure all dishes are washed.
- Remove all food from the fridge if it is open​/​used.
- Place used Towels, Blankets and Sheets in the laundry baskets that are in every bedroom closet. Place all laundry baskets next to laundry machine.
- Double-check for personal belongings before checking out.

Check-Out Instructions:
- Please log out of all apps on the TV’s
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
- Turn off all lights, appliances, and the thermostat set at 72°.
- Please make sure you lock front and back door. All you would need to do is hold down the # sign on the keypad.
