- Neighborhood AmenitiesBrengle Terrace park is accessible from our neighborhood - a great place to walk, play frisbee golf, or pickleball. The park also houses the Alta Vista Botanical Gardens and the Moonlight Theater. The Vista Conservancy Trail starts on the other side of the park and is a flat, 2 miles to downtown Vista. Downtown Vista has a cute little downtown with restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. Vista is famous for breweries and dispensaries.
