Welcome! We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Please help us care for the home by following these guidelines:
-Minimum stay: 3 months
-Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
-Registered guests only. All occupants age 18 or older must be approved and listed on the lease.
-No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs anywhere inside the home or garage.
-No parties, events, or large gatherings.
-Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
-No candles, incense, or open flames inside the home.
-No firearms may be discharged on the property
-Firearms must be stored safely and in accordance with all applicable laws.
-Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and applicable pet fees or deposits.
-Please report any maintenance issues promptly so they can be addressed before they become larger problems.
-Do not move furniture between rooms or remove furnishings from the property without prior approval.
-Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
-No commercial business operations may be conducted from the home.
-Utilities are included up to a $300 monthly allowance.
-High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Guests are responsible for using the internet in a lawful manner.
-Routine housekeeping during your stay is the tenant's responsibility unless additional cleaning services are arranged.
-Please leave the home in the same clean condition in which it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.
-Unauthorized guests, parties, smoking, illegal drug use, or violation of these rules may result in termination of the lease in accordance with its terms.
